Pavel,
There is really no way to know unless someone answers your call. I have the 
same problem.
Usually it's the same 6 people exchanging grid squares and the satellite 
sinks slowly over the horizon.
All I can say is Good luck and Keep trying! I'll be listening for you and 
James.
