[amsat-bb] Help with IC910 & SatPC32 PC/COM-Port

Though I show COM#11 at 19200 8n2, and it's a
"Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port" ... SatPC32 never sees it.

For that matter, and as a test, DXLabs Commander" complains
"Invalid Porty number (8002) thePort=primary CAT port, port number=11 ...

But DevMgr shows it plain as day.

I've re-booted a couple times to see if that helped.

O/S is Win7/64bit

So anyone with an idea for me to try, please write.
