I sent out signals for PE0SAT to recieve and decode on that same pass. I
transmitted from JO22NC at rising power levels (5, 10, 15 and 25 watts).
He has given me his IQ file to try and decode the PSK31 from, but I'm
currently seeing PSK31 like signals in FM, but not decoding. The fun part
is the IQ recording is in the .wav format of SDRsharp and I want to decode
in gqrx + fldigi in Linux. Hints on the correct conversion are welcome!
