[amsat-bb] Open source APRS tracker Kickstarter

If I get one of these things, I would like to do it right and not screw
up the network. What is a suggested addressing protocol for an APRS
balloon? I assume it's posted somewhere, but a quick search of the
internet didn't turn up anything obvious to a newbie like me. 

If these things get popular maybe a set of standards could be posted on
the AMSAT and APRS websites.
