Ray Soifer, W2RS, wrote an article entitled "OSCAR at 4U1UN" on page
23 of the March/April 1979 AMSAT Newsletter

Ray also mentioned his activation of 4U1UN on page 18 of AMSAT Orbit
#12 (Jan/Feb 1983) On page 28, there is a mention of a Mode J station
being built at 4U1UN for use on OSCAR 8
