Looking at raw PSAT-1 telemetry on http://pcsat.aprs.org  I can see that
all the telemetry serial numbers,T#072,... are resetting back to T#001 and
never getting past 70 miinutes or so.  This means it is not making a full
orbit without running down the battery and resetting.

So until we get back to a good sun exposure, I guess we should not be
transmitting on the PSK31 uplink, especially at night.
