[amsat-bb] AO-85 downlink

Hi,

I just had a 80 plus degrees pass by AO-85 and noticed that the downlink
frequency was, at the descent phase, off by 10kHz at 145.970.
Despite correcting for Doppler I've never seen this kind of deviation
before in such a overhead pass, where usually stands around 145.977.
