[amsat-bb] LoTW, trying to get it right

You can name the station location names anything you'd like. The thing 
that matters is that they include the proper details (grid, county, 
state, country, etc.) and are associated with the correct certificate 
you will use to sign the QSO's in the ADIF.

As for portable designators, it is completely up to you.  Some people do 
not sign the logs with a special callsign.  They upload everything with 
their normal callsign (no /P or /R.)  Remember, each time you desire to 
sign a log with a new portable designator, you will need a new callsign 
certificate and subsequent station locations to go with it.  That's why 
I generally just upload all of my portable operations as W5PFG.  In 
retrospect I wish I'd done all as W5PFG/P.  Creating a new callsign 
certificate based on your primary one is relatively simple.
