[amsat-bb] TW-1C

Heard what appeared to be TW-1C on its 13:48 pass over central florida this morning. Some digital 9600 data and short continuos beeps. Nothing decoded. 
I just opened GoSatWatch on my iPad and noticed that TW-1C was automatically added to its list. And, it was just about to come over the horizon. After some quick Googling I found the frequency and dialed it in. 
Can anyone enlighten me with more info on this bird and its sisters 1A, and 1B?
