They work fine for me.   Just make certain that you are pasting unformatted.  As Paul mentioned, those
Keps are over 2 years old, created from the nominal orbit parameters, and are only useful for getting
an idea of what the typical coverage will look like, so I wouldn't worry much if they don't work for
you.
