[amsat-bb] Fox-1A is in Transponder Mode

Just tried the transponder over Europe and it sounds good, a lot
stronger than SO-50 for me, could hear it in between all the
University buildings down to just below 6 degrees.

Using Wimo X-Quads & IC-910.
