[amsat-bb] Does AMSAT want AO-85 decoded frames after the fact?

Hi Zach,

If you haven't sent the frames to the server, you can certainly send 
them when you do your play back later.  As long as they are unique to 
your station they will be added to the data and your telemetry count.
