Hi

Is the Fox-1A open for use? it was my understanding that it was going to take between 2 days to 2 weeks to commission the new satellite and not to be used during this period.
Listening to night the satellite pass starting at 20:24 the satellite is taking a hammering with stations from all over Europe I don't think many if any QSO's took place.
