[amsat-bb] AO-85 Verry bummed out

Hi Michael,

Don't be too bummed out.  Many experienced operators who have captured 
telemetry in the past have run into problems. Not everything is 
plug-n-play and that keeps the fun alive for many of us.

Keep trying.  It took me a while to work out the bugs in decoding the 
high speed telemetry via HDSDR/FUNcube Dongle Pro+/FoxTelem.
