[amsat-bb] FOX-1A / AO-85 FM Voice Ops

The world has NOT changed overnight with the new AMSAT-NA Fox-1A / AO-85 
satellite: When it is announced that it is in FM transponder mode, we do NOT 
call "CQ"on the satellite, as I have read elsewhere.

Best source for operating sample techniques? How about from those who built 
and were responsible for the bird: AMSAT-NA ...
