[amsat-bb] Download link issue for "Getting Started with Amateur Satellites"

Hi,

As a heads up to anyone trying to download this after getting a new
membership, the link (at least for me on Firefox on Windows 7) does
not provide the full file name, only "Getting". Importantly, it
doesn't have pdf as the extension. If you just add that to the file
after downloading it, it will open fine.
