[amsat-bb] Kenwood TM-V71A Test AO-85 Telemetry Decode

I set my TM-V71a (which has the same RF deck at the D710 series) to 9600
baud mode and attempted to decode the AO-85 telemetry without success.  The
radio was clearly putting out the unfiltered audio on the data port that is
needed for 9600 baud operation but it wasn't good enough for FoxTelem.

 

Basically the same results I had with the TS-2000
