[amsat-bb] sat info database, SatNOGS

The SatNOGS project has a database component with a nice API for querying
sat information.  It is an active project, so it is far from a one-stop
machine-queryable resource.  But that is a stated goal of the component.

I'll be at the Symposium this weekend along with a few of the SatNOGS
people flying in from Athens, Greece, who will do a talk.  IIRC they will
be bringing some of the hardware also.  In-person would be a great time for
lots of discussions.

As an open project, in practice things get done by someone doing it.
Feature requests are nice, but a request accompanied by code is better.
Everyone currently involved has a day job :)  Let's work together!
