[amsat-bb] Fox-1A with Signalink USB

I have my FT-897 setup with a Signalink USB interface. Inside the 
Signalink box their is a
jumper setting for the audio. Should this be set up for pin 4 9600 out? 
In the radio
setup menu #73 their is a packet setting for 1200 or 9600. Should this 
be set for 9600
as well?
