[amsat-bb] Lilacsat-2 & EO-85 SATPC32 Setup?

Hi Jason, that information looks ok.  The only difference to mine is AO85
uplink is set to 435180.

LilacSat-2 FM transponder is currently only switching on Mon/Tues/Fri @
2200UTC.

I just heard two VK6's make contact on AO-85 at 0640UTC
