[amsat-bb] How to Know When Your AO-85 Telemetry Has Been Uploaded?

Daryl,

The below instructions will work, but you do not need to delete your data.
Just replay the pass with upload to server on.  FoxTelem will not store the
duplicates locally, but it will queue them and upload them to the server.
If your local count of payloads increases, then it means you managed to
decode a few more frames.
