AO-85 Transponder Open Starting 22:25 UTC October 23

The AO-85 Transponder is open for general use again, October 23 until
further notice.

Please watch the AMSAT news outlets (web, Twitter, Facebook, -bb) for
updates on testing and schedule October 26 – 30.  We will likely do some
more testing during the week.
