[amsat-bb] AO-85 Uplinks

That has been the observation I have heard from many users.

We (AMSAT) plan to test the frequency of the Fox-1Cliff and D receivers
at temperatures of 15C and 25C, perhaps higher. Fox-1A thermal design
indicated that it would operate around 0C average so the transmitter and
receiver were calibrated for that temperature. Once we know what the
frequency is at these higher temperatures, we will share that in order
to help you all find the best uplink frequency for AO-85.
