[amsat-bb] Ao 73 problems

After working with AO-73 since its launch, I've noticed that the actual
uplink frequency is vastly different from the published value, and I'm not
the only person to have reported this. I have asked the UK team multiple
times to verify the uplink/downlink ratio, but they have never published an
update. The end result is that new users can't find themselves on AO-73.

Here is my Doppler.sqf file entry for AO-73. and comments that the required
correction is about 18 KHz higher than the published values.

“AO-73,145957.52,435160.48,CW,CW,REV,,, Transponder”

Note that the published figures says that 145.957.5 should be about
435.142.5, so my correction value is about 18 KHz higher than published
values.

I would recommend that you try setting your uplink much higher and see if
you can find yourself.
