[amsat-bb] XW-2E & XW-2F on 30-October ~1400 UTC

I didn't hear XW-2E's CW beacon and was unable to activate the transponder
at 13:56 UTC.

However, XW-2F's CW beacon was strong and I made contact with several
stations at 14:15 UTC.
