[amsat-bb] InstantTrack on Win10?

I have run InstantTrack with DOSBox on Windows 10. It works great.

IT is great for visualizing how passes shift over time in satellites
with non-sun synchronous orbits (or even to see the gradual drift of
those in sun-synchronous orbits).
