[amsat-bb] No TLM on AO-85 during 20:15 UTC pass.

We will announce when AO-85 is commissioned and turned over to
Operations for scheduled use.
Meantime due to travel and work, it has been a little hit and miss on
testing this week. Nothing has been said yet about any scheduled
testing because it has been a matter of whether our people are home to
test and if the satellite is in view of enough of us to gather data.
I expect that we'll just continue that at least for tonight, so the
satellite will be available but might just disappear into Data or Safe
Mode during a U.S. pass... :-)
If we go into Data Mode all who recognize that and can switch to and
gather the high speed telemetry with FoxTelem are appreciated.
