[amsat-bb] Driver for M2 rotors

Hi Jim,

I use STL Tracker for tracking and controlling the M2 Rotators:
	http://www.stltracker.com/
It works with a few different versions of the M2 controller. It's free
to download and use, but to save the configuration you need to purchase
a serial number.
