[amsat-bb] September 7 Western USA High Altitude Balloon Flight Includes Repeater Package

This launched and there was some chatter I could hear through its 
repeater initially. But in spite of hearing it 40db over on a sat Yagi, 
and using 300W into an EME array on the 2 meter uplink, I have not been 
able to get into it.  It is now (1700Z) hearing a constant stream of 
1200 AFSK packet traffic from somewhere and I no longer hear any voice 
traffic.

I wonder if this is the correct uplink frequency.
