[amsat-bb] How to use PC logging sofware with SatPC32?

I've used this on the 64-bit version of Win 7 so I can run FLDIGI and
the N3FJP logging program.

It tends to crash Win7 at 30~45 minute intervals, and I'm still looking
in to it.

The 32-bit version runs fine.
