[amsat-bb] QB50P2 (EO-80)

There have been a couple of updates on the AMSAT-F Yahoo group.

The BPSK telemetry transmissions have been active, but the test
activation of the transponder in June damaged something and reduced
the power output of the main transceiver by 10 dB. The last reported
power output for the main transceiver that I saw was 0.4 mW, so it
would be a very weak signal.

They still hope to activate the FM transponder, but are investigating
what happened and still gathering data (slowly, given the extremely
weak signal) from the primary payload.

73,

Paul, N8HM
