[amsat-bb] LVB Tracker v0.9 Firmware

Hello Howard,

I am very pleased to inform you that the first link (with config bits  
set) worked very well.  I was able to update the firmware from 0.7 to  
0.9 (using picprog.exe) and all the previous problems has been solved.  
  Will proceed to update the second unit tomorrow.

I would like to thank you for your very kind help and I really  
appreciate all the trouble you have took to provide me with the  
updated firmware 0.9.
