[amsat-bb] LilacSat-2 FM Transponder

Bob it's possible, all the XW-2 sats pass right over China before they hit
us so they could be turning the it on or off then.
I did copy telemetry  at 437.2

On the 00:30 and 02:00utc passes 27Sept, nothing heard.

Is it possible the transponder was only turned on for one pass?
