[amsat-bb] LilacSat-2 FM Transponder Active at 2300 UTC, 26 September

Just checked the 22:48 Z pass of LilacSat-2 FM transponder and it was
sending a short, very strong carrier about every 30 seconds. No activity on
the bird. Was not able to hear myself. No fluke tonight.
