hours starting at 2200Z MWF
LILACSAT 2,437200.0,437200.0,FM,FM,NOR,0,0,APRS
LILACSAT 2,437225.0,0,USB,,0,CW Beacon

So the uplink frequency you are looking for is 144350.0
