[amsat-bb] LilacSat-2 & LOTW

No. LoTW only supports one satellite designation in the SAT_NAME field
for each satellite. It must be XW-2F. The name "Hope 2F" in TQSL is
the English translation of the satellite's full name, Xiwang-2F.
