[amsat-bb] ISS Unattended Beacon Theory (UBT) - PROVE ME WRONG!

Hi Clayton,

I'm one of the ones that is not beaconing 24x7. BUT, given your challenge, i hope to jump in and keyboard (unproto) sometime soon.
