[amsat-bb] ISS Unattended Beacon Theory (UBT) - PROVE ME WRONG!

....now, at the end of the day, unattended use does no harm (other then
annoying a few folks) as long as there are others using it for a quick QSO.
If no one is available to "talk" it is not a problem for those that decide
to run unattended stations. It is a perception problem by those that expect
that on every ISS pass lots of folks just wait for quick preprogrammed or
live UISS messages and "QSOs". At least the unattended stations keep the
system in use because not to many other folks do. So lets increase the
numbers of operators, have AMSAT or someone create an award or something.
Blaming and shaming unattended use does not solve the lack of interest!

....and *no*, I do not run any unattended station and *yes*, i make the
occasional QSO since I like it.
