[amsat-bb] FO-29 Digitalker Recording

This is Echolink node 43609 - WV8CW in Horner, WV operating on 145.900 MHz.

Unfortunately he has no email address in QRZ. If anyone knows how to
contact WV8CW, please let me know so we can ask him to move out of the
amateur satellite subband.
