[amsat-bb] UKube-1 in LoTW

Simply launching the TQSL application should inform you that a new 
configuration file is available.  I've updated my log and uploaded all 
of my UKube-1 contacts with the new SAT_NAME parameter UKUBE1. No 
matches, yet... :-)
