[amsat-bb] keps ftp?

I was having issues yesterday when the AMSAT.org website was down, but that
was because I was accessing things via HTTP://.  When I changed all
references to FTP:, everything worked just fine.

I did confirm that SATPC32 is working fine this morning with the HTTP
references.
