[amsat-bb] Tracking software feature?

I use the 'pyephem' module in python to do this kind of thing. Its not a
nice finished product, just python scripts with terminal printing, but
it basically looks for periods of time when there is positive elevation
at both sites for a given target (not just satellites, but moon,
planets, etc.).
