Just to clarify the comment: "It's certainly one of the 3 or 4 types of content that is prohibited in the UK."
The UK amateur radio license has not prohibited Music since 2006.

There is very little in terms of Content that is prohibited by the UK license. The only specific Content prohibition that I recall is: 
- a message, communication or other matter in whatever form that is grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. [Notes (h)]
