[amsat-bb] Telemetry Information PLEASE

I would like to thank Jerry AB5R for asking the question. I've been
confused about this very thing for a very long time. Equal thanks go to the
responders who have posted some of the most enlightening information I've
seen since I took an interest in the birds. There's just not enough time in
the day for an old working man to do adequate research.
