All I have is a CHIRP-generated .chirp file and its associated .csv file for the Baofeng ‘5R 
that I programmed for a friend … I believe CHIRP is “powerful” enough to IMPORT the 
CSV file for other Baofeng units.

It has AO-85, new-and-old ISS packet (the suggested 5-freq set for the current 440 packet), 
SO-50, ISS 2M voice for the regions, the six NOAA freqs, and the national simplex freqs.
