[amsat-bb] Parking the rig and the antennas

Do what as suggested to me by the group here. I had a similar situation 
and found that by putting in a GEO satellite with the frequencies I 
wanted at the end of any known satellite passes. The GEO was sitting at 
priority 0. When all passes are done, it goes to the GEO (has to be in 
range), points the antennas (which I'm not using at this time), and goes 
back to the previous frequencies I monitor between passes.

Seems to work fine.
