[amsat-bb] ISS sending sstv

SSTV is being tx'd from the ISS on 145.800, PD180 FM. It's part of the Moscow Aviation Institute's 75 celebrations and shows a group seated photo with caption. My picture is marred by noise as I really should demolish my neighbour's house to the East, hi. My next pass is at 1659 utc from the south west but I am not sure that east coast usa will hear it.
