[amsat-bb] ISS sending sstv

It already stopped for today. There is a schedule. Note it stopped before
it was scheduled to stop today. It's not always on target (usually isn't)
"ISS SSTV may be active on 145.800 MHz FM on December 8-9.
Seeing activities for MAI-75 on Dec 8 (12:35-1800) and Dec 9 (12:40-17:40)
UTC. Times correspond to orbits over Moscow."
