Or do as I do - make a folder and write a filter that pipes all amsat 
related emails to a folder to be scanned and viewed at my pleasure.  
They get deleted automatically as well.

Modifying your subscription can be done here: 
http://www.amsat.org/mailman/listinfo/amsat-bb as is noted in the footer 
of every mailer reflected email.
