[amsat-bb] Trakbox Substitute

Restuffed the LVB tracker with an Arduino
Mega. Reused the buttons and 16x2 LCD.

Cost around $35 retail. Sun track, moon track, gps, ancillary pins
feature enabled. Drive a digital pin (preamp, relay, etc) from
Satpc32's serial console.

Simple to do. Used an IIC display for this one:
